Membership
Membership Information
Membership at Elmdale includes outdoor tennis from May 1st to October 1st, weather permitting. Included with your Membership is access to 6 courts, use of a ball machine and practice wall. Membership also includes access to a variety of Socials and Events throughout the season.
Note: some events may require a small fee to participate
Types of Membership
Adult Membership: Individuals 22 years of age or above
Family Membership: Includes 2 Adult Memberships and up to 3 children (18 years of age or under)
Junior Membership: Individuals 21 years of age or under
Membership Renewal Information
Returning members will be notified by email prior to the renewal window of April 1st- April 15th, 2026
Waitlist Information
The ETC waitlist operates on a first come first served policy, see below to join the waitlist.
- Waitlist memberships are offered between April 16th – May 15th. New candidates will be contacted via email and voice messaging. A registration link will be emailed to waitlist candidates that accept a Membership offer.

Please note due to the length of the waitlist, it usually takes between one to three years to join Elmdale after putting your name on the waitlist. When your name comes next of the list, you will receive an email from Elmdale offering you the opportunity to join.

May-September
- Monday-Friday 7:00am to 11:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday 7:00am to 10:00pm
Fall Hours
September – Close
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-11:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm
